This Dutch artist was born in Zaandam in 1977, lives and works in Koog aan de Zaan, the Netherlands. She studied photography at The Gerrit Rietvield Academy in Amsterdam and in her very poetic way composes a work between photography, painting, collage.

All its raw material comes from old books and small salvaged objects. She folds them, cuts them, adds pieces of gouache paper, recomposes and arranges everything to reveal, through a very sensual abstract, her underlying idea.

It's just superb.

This very young forty-something who has a tenacious passion for photo books has already been shown at the Rencontres d'Arles and published in a number of photo magazines.
