Series: Earth not a globe

Earth Not a Globe is an ongoing project begun in 2016 and still in progress today. Several of the works presented at Contretype will be produced especially for the exhibition. The project takes its name from the seminal publication behind one of the most famous conspiracy theories, which claims that the Earth is flat rather than spherical. Developed by Samuel Birley Rowbotham at the end of the 19th century, this theory still has a large community of followers today.

This exhibition is part of the PhotoBrussels Festival 2026.
